Latest version of the classic PLCE water bottle canteen pouch, now with quick release adjustable buckle opening lid closure, rather than the pull tabs used on these pouches since their introduction back in 1991!

Large belt pouch designed to carry the standard issue 1958 pattern water bottle and mug, as part of a PLCE webbing set.

Wide padded belt flap press-studs over webbing belt, it also has 'T' bars to prevent lateral movement once placed in desired position.

This pouch is designed to be quickly and easily removed / added to a belt order if desired, unlike a utility pouch which threads along the belt making quick removal more difficult.

Quick opening flap with standard pull-tab opener, along with velcro pad as a fail-safe option in case of buckle failure.

There is a fold flat vertical divider at the front of the pouch, to hold a cutlery set, millbank filter or similar.

Small pocket on underneath of lid can hold sterilizing tablets, matches or similar.
